SIA’s Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check, and SIA-Specialty Infusion & Wellness Spa Gift Cards.

• Appointments will be secured with a credit card

• Free cancellation if done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment

• A $75 fee will be charged if cancelled inside of 24 hours of scheduled appointment

• Full price of treatment will be charged in the event of a no show or if licensed professional was already dispatched to provide concierge service

• “Walk-ins” will be accommodated as practicable
